1:1 THERAPY

This is where we dig in and do the work. Our first session will look a little different from the rest because I’ll need to get to know you, compile a psychosocial assessment, determine a diagnosis using DSM-V, and create a treatment plan tailored to your goals. (For clients in Texas and Idaho ONLY)

1:1 THERAPY-ish

We start the work on day one. I still need to get to know you. Your childhood, your story, your favorite NFL team, all of it. But here we get to be more creative with our goals. They don’t have to be clinical, and we can work together for as long as feels helpful. And the best part? We don’t have to add diagnoses to your medical record. Huge plus for you.

Rate: $125 per session

GROUP THERAPY-ish

Groups are only offered as therapy-ish, which means anyone can participate. Small groups are a great alternative or complement to one-on-one sessions. Each group will have 6-8 adults and will run for 6 weeks. During that time, we’ll cover distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness skills.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Six weekly 75-90 minute group sessions focused on real skill-building and honest conversations

  • A small, supportive group (6-8 adults) so you can connect without feeling lost in the crowd

  • Weekly DBT-based tools covering distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness

  • Guided worksheets + take-home practices to help you apply what you learn between sessions

  • A private group environment (closed group: same people from start to finish)

  • A therapy-ish space with no diagnosis, no clinical labels, and nothing added to your medical record

  • A community of people who get it so you don’t have to do the work alone

Rate: $45 per session

COUPLES THERAPY-ish

Couples…Couples….Couples.

I actually love love working with couples. And from the feedback I get, couples love working with me too.I love seeing the growth that happens when two people really commit to the process and show up for the work. When couples lean in, do the homework and stay consistent things start to shift. Communication softens, trust rebuilds and the relationship starts to feel lighter again.

I do have one non-negotiable: couples must commit to at least 8 sessions. This means no blocking, no threatening divorce or break up mid-process, and no walking out during sessions. When both partners are committed that’s where the real change happens.

A common concern people share at the start is the fear that I’ll “take sides” or that me and their partner will gang up on them. Let me be clear; that is not how I work. In couples therapy or therapy-ish, the couple is the client. It’s not you vs. them It’s about helping you rebuild, trust, communication, and partnership together.

Just like with all of my services, I’ll be honest with you both, I’ll give homework, and I’ll offer reading recommendations or tools as needed.

GUIDELINES FOR COUPLES WORK:

  • Must commit to a minimum of 8 sessions.

  • No active domestic violence.

  • Both partners must be willing to participate in the process.

  • Must be emotionally regulated enough to stay in session without walking out or ending the session abruptly.

  • Both partners are strongly encouraged to maintain their own individual therapy

  • Payments can be split into four installments for flexibility

LET’S talk FIRST (IT’S free)

We start with a quick call to get to know each other and talk about what you’re looking for; whether it’s individual support or relationship work. It’s pressure free and helps us see if we’re a good fit.

GET set UP (onboarding)

If we decide to move forward, you’ll complete a short on boarding process that includes intake/consent forms, policies, payment options, and a few situational questions.

SESSION ONE and THE work AHEAD!

Our first full session is where we dive into what’s been going on, start identifying patterns, and clarify your goals. From there we meet consistently. Building skills, breaking old patterns, improving communication, and creating real change. You’ll get guidance, tools and support all along the way
